September 23, 2007 I found this on the alley of potteries in the Tanba Traditional Art Craft Park. The signature of the artist, the kiln name and "Sakazuki" is written on the box cover. Of course, this is a nice earthenware for sake, but I thought it was nice also for plum wine etc. because it was a little large. The color variation and the shape of this earthenware are very attractive. In the alley of potteries, the works of potteries are exhibited and are sold. The visitor can readily see and enjoy there. |
