FEES & CANCEL POLICY

NO REGISTRATION FEE
FIRST MEETING
It costs 500yen but you will get a refund if you register and pay for the first lessons.
The first meeting is usually held at cafe close to the Tachikawa station.
It takes approximately 1hour to 1.5hours.
Please let me know your goal or what you would like to learn the most.
I check your level.
PAYMENT
Please pay fees by cash or bank transfer in advance.
Please note you have to pay for the service charge of your bank in the
case of transfer.
Paying by credit cards are unacceptable.
All fees are valid for 6 months.
TRANSPORTATION
The instructor's transportation is required in addition for Lessons outside
Tachikawa.
Sorry! Lessons outside Tachikawa are not conducted at present.
Drink fees for the Instructor
About the lessons at cafe, instuructor's drink cheaper than 350yen is included
in the tuition fees.
If you would like a place of which cheapest coffee is more than 350yen,
please pay the balance.
Ex. the shops available within 350yen
: Starbucks, Dotour coffee, Excelsior, McDonalds, Denny's, Mos Burger,
Royal host, etc,.

MODIFY or CANCEL POLICY
If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please do so as early
as possible by email or phone.
In case you modify or cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment time, you'll be charged.
Eg. In case your appointment is 3:00, 8th. March, you can cancel or modify
until 2:59 7th March.
You can make another appointment later.
