Tab BarLaunch is a program launcher which starts up the program.
The program is displayed by the icon and the text. The same kind of
program is arranged on the bar as one group, and the group is switched
in the tab. 

Feature:
 - There is no limitation in the program which can be registered. 
 - The bar can be displayed horizontal or vertical. 
 - The size of the icon and the style of the window are revokable. 

Installation
------------
  You make the folder (\Program Files\TabBarLaunch etc.) first,
  unzip the file, and the copy of all files to the folder.

  The user from an old version must overwrite all files.  All information
  on the bar and the button is succeeded. 

Usage
-----
  Starts up TABBRLCH.EXE with no parameter.
  It is convenient when adding a shortcut of TABBRLCH.EXE to the startup
  group of the Start menu.

Uninstalling
------------
  Delete the folder which makes the installation.  It is easy to uninstall
  because the Tab BarLaunch does not use any setting in the system registry.
