2. KESSOKU Shinji's brief history

KESSOKU Shinji was born in 1926 in Tokyo Shinjuku. He worked as a radio operator of a airplane in the World War II, and faced the end of the war as a special attack corps member in the air force base of Kumamoto Kumanoshou.

After having worked at the government office in the short time, he joined the Touyoko movie Kyoto studio in 1950. That year, the "Red purge" is done in Shochiku, Daiei Motion Picture, and Toho and 109 people were expeled. Moreover, it is the year when three companies (Toei and Touyoko and Ohizumi) merged into the Toei Ltd.. He became a scriptwriter through the Planning Division scenario section. Meanwhile, he has performed the secretary-general of the union , I do not know what influence it gave him. In 1961, he left the Toei office . He sent off 150 theater movies to the world ,indeed.

Afterwards, he handled a lot of TV dramas as a freelance writer. He established a tragic splendor to the world of poetic emotion by the television film "A bloody adventurous history of the SHIN-SEN-GUMI (Selected New Task Forces) " of 1965. The year after, modest faithfulness of people was made into an aesthetic crystal by his "I'm a Yojimbo ( bodyguard )." with its precise composition (It is like a luxurious craft goods. ). Kessoku's "A bloody adventurous history of the SHIN-SEN-GUMI (Selected New Task Forces )" and "I'm a Yojimbo ( bodyguard )" are great contributions to history of the television of Japan.
